What we collect and why

• Booking request: name, email and/or phone, dates, number of guests, pets, apartment and message, to reply and conclude the booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Stay: ID details required by law for guest registration (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Accounting: payment records (never card details), as required by law.
• Spam protection: a hash of your IP address, kept for up to 1 hour.

Retention

• Requests that do not become bookings: up to 6 months.
• Booking and payment records: for the statutory accounting and tax periods.

Recipients

Our hosting provider SuperHosting.BG (processor in the EU) and the host's email provider. We do not sell data or share it for advertising. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising pixels and loads no external fonts. The Google map loads only if you click "Show the map"; Google may then set its own cookies.

Payments

The site does not accept or store card details. Payment is made by bank transfer using details sent by email.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to mrenitsov@gmail.com. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
